Sole proprietorship
The tools, guides and checklists are the same for all company forms. Where a guide distinguishes between the forms, it shows sole proprietorship first.
The business and the person running it are the same person. The business's surplus is declared in the owner's own tax return, so it pays to keep the business's receipts and papers together from day one.
What should you do?
The tools and guides are chosen based on what the business will do, not based on the company form.
